Arnie, Licensed Psychologist--Doctorate, is a clinical assistant professor in psychiatry at the University of Vermont College of Medicine. He teaches workshops at the Barre Center for Buddhist Studies and the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Arnie brings thirty years of meditation and yoga practice to his teaching. He has focused on making mindfulness and Buddhist psychology accessible to a wider audience through his books Wild Chickens and Petty Tyrants: 108 Metaphors for Mindfulness, Mindfulness A-Z: 108 Insights for Awakening Now, and The Everything Guide to the Introvert Edge.
