Course Overview

In this 8-week mindfulness circle, we will explore how to deepen our practice in both formal and informal ways. We will further our understanding of the different ways we can practice, learn from the journey of others, and strengthen our personal commitment with the support of the group. Incorporating conscious movement and breath, sitting meditation, and sharing, we can bring greater ease to our practice and create space for curiosity and growth.

This circle is perfect for someone who has completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course and would like continued support, and for anyone who wants to deepen an established practice with the support of community. A community of support can do so much to bolster personal motivation and encourage accountability. This circle gives you tools to take mindfulness further into your daily life and helps cultivate your inner resources.
