Come for a day of refreshing rejuvenation to begin this spring season. Shed worry, delight in what is —now. Enjoy the opportunity to experience different forms of mindfulness to welcome more light into your life, and greater appreciation of your body and your spirit. We invite you to wear comfortable clothes. Lunch is included.We will spend our time in:

  • Quiet meditation, both sitting and walking
  • Body/mind awareness and relaxation
  • Journaling and storytelling 

Tuition is $125 and includes lunch.

Presenter Profile


Millie Grenough
Millie Grenough is an ex-nun turned nightclub singer, ex-shy Kentuckian turned international presenter. Author of “Oasis in the Overwhelm,” she delights in inspiring people to do what they thought was impossible, including how to be mindful.  She has trained with Thich Nhat Hanh, Jon Kabat-Zinn, and Ilana Rubenfeld.  A clinical instructor in psychiatry at Yale University School of Medicine, Millie is an ICF-Certified Coach, EMDR-Level II Therapist, blogger for The Huffington Post, wife, and grandmother. Read more about Millie.
