Sandrine Harris is passionate about the connection between awareness, movement, and the health of the mind. She is a movement educator and mindfulness facilitator with a deep interest in sharing practices to enrich our daily lives as a part of self-care, well-being, and connection. Blending tools including restorative movement, awareness practices, breathwork, and guided meditation, Sandrine offers a dynamic, experiential learning process, accessible to people from all walks of life. In addition to facilitating retreats and workshops at Copper Beech Institute, she offers contemplative and mindfulness practices in an outreach capacity on behalf of the Institute. Sandrine is based in northwestern Connecticut and holds a private practice in Feldenkrais® and mindfulness meditation that is focused on the innate wisdom of the nervous system.
