Sandrine is a mindfulness meditation facilitator, teacher of contemplative practice, and movement educator. She is passionate about the connection between awareness, movement, and the health of the mind. A staff teacher at the Copper Beech Institute since 2016, Sandrine offers retreats and workshops, as well as being a teacher-in-outreach --- on behalf of the Institute --- to vulnerable populations, with a specific focus in healing trauma.
Sandrine is based in the Berkshires, holds a private practice in northwestern CT, and teaches internationally with her company, Kinesoma.
