Mindful Movement

In our hyper-intellectualized culture taking time to connect with body and breath can be such a balm to the busyness of life. Offering 4-week sessions with a range of practices from gentle and restorative to powerful and active from yoga to T'ai Chi, all are infused with mindful awareness of movement as a practice of self-care and self-compassion. Come just for the movement practice or give yourself a rich and full evening of mindfulness by joining us for Candlelight Meditation from 7:00-8:30 p.m. 

Drop In: $18 Please register ahead or bring  check to class

Class Card: 12 weeks for $180 (Save $36)

Directions

Copper Beech Institute is located on the grounds of Holy Family Passionist Retreat Center. Take the driveway to the top of the hill and bear right. You may park in any of the lots. Follow the directional signs to Entrance #5. Take the elevator to Level B, turn right, walk through the gallery and hall and the Public Chapel is htrough the door at the end of the hall. Our facility is wheelchair accessible, the ramp to enter the Public Chapel is to the left of the door at the bottom of the stairs. All are welcome!
