Hunter Clarke-Fields, MSAE, RYT, helps mamas let go of stress and overwhelm and bring more peace and joy to life using the traditions of yoga and mindfulness. Hunter has over 18 years of experience in both practices, and has the dharma name, “Calm Breath of the Heart.” She thrives on serving others through mindfulness and yoga, practicing her creative expression as an artist, and nurturing a joyful life with her husband and two daughters.

Carla Naumburg, Ph.D, LICSW
Carla is a clinical social worker, writer, and mindfulness practitioner. She is the author of "Ready, Set, Breathe: Practicing Mindfulness with Your Children for Fewer Meltdowns and a More Peaceful Family" (New Harbinger, 2015) and "Parenting in the Present Moment: How to Stay Focused on What Really Matters: (Parallax, 2014). Carla has written and presented widely on mindfulness and mindful parenting. She lives outside of Boston with her husband and two young daughters.
