Workshop with Sandrine Harris
The summer is a time of abundance and a season for leaning into some of the great joys in life. In this workshop, we will welcome heart-opening experiences of the present moment through gentle movement, mindfulness meditation, and walking practices outdoors.
When we slow down and tune in, we can give attention to the parts of ourselves that need care the most. With the support of guided explorations and the natural world, we can enrich our self-understanding, release stress, and cultivate joy. Living in the present moment becomes a profound feeling when we connect more fully with who we are.
No experience with movement or meditation is needed, and all are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes for outdoor walking.
