Our Community of Practice
For many, contemplative practice is a solitary endeavor, yet we can all benefit from the support of others as we strive to live with greater mindfulness and compassion. Here at Copper Beech Institute, we offer space to a growing community of people who practice meditation together on an ongoing basis.
Two meditation groups meet regularly on a free-will offering basis from September through June:
You are welcome to attend either group at any time - to learn meditation, deepen your practice, and cultivate friendships with like-minded people. Also check out our online communities (click on the icons below) as well as our many ongoing mindfulness courses and day programs that provide opportunities to explore mindfulness within the different contexts of our lives.
