Help Make the World a Better Place

At Copper Beech Institute, we envision a future where mindfulness and contemplative practice are transforming individuals and communities, and creating a healthier and more resilient world. We invite you to join us in fulfilling this mission as a sponsor of our Annual Harvest Celebration fundraiser.

With your support, we can expand our work among individuals and professionals, and continue our outreach to some of the most vulnerable members of our community, including at-risk youth, veterans, prisoners and the homeless.

We would be honored to have you partner with us. Please review our sponsorship levels below, their benefits, and how your tax-deductible gift will be recognized.

For further information and to finalize your sponsorship package, please contact Executive Director Brandon Nappi by email or phone at (203) 577-8867.

Copper Beech Institute Retreat Offerings

Introduction to Mindfulness in Your Workplace*

90 Minute Workshop

Organizational health is about creating a work environment where people are happy, healthy, productive, and connected. It’s about cultivating a particular kind of culture. Creating a culture that demonstrates the employer genuinely cares about their employees, creating a sense of loyalty and thereby increasing organizational productivity. Mindfulness will change the way you’ll operate your business. This workshop will explore the history of the mindfulness movement in America, examine how mindfulness is currently being integrated into business, medicine and education across the country. Led by Dr. Brandon Nappi, founder and executive director of the Copper Beech Institute the workshop will share the latest scientific research emerging about how mindfulness can reduce stress, create calm, increase productivity, and lead to a more compassionate and connected workplace.

Weekend Retreat with a Master Teacher**

Master teachers from around the world and around the corner come to our campus to share their wisdom and teach contemplative practices that have the power to inspire you, deepen your connections, and transform your life. Themes are diverse – from mindfulness and movement to compassion, resilience, creativity and art. So unlike a vacation or other trainings, you get to take the experience with you, applying the practical mindfulness tools you learn here to your everyday life. If you’re new to mindfulness, this could be the perfect first experience. If it’s solitude you seek, you’ll find that Copper Beech is a quiet refuge from modern-day life with many silent spaces for meditation and reflection. Day Retreat***

Day retreats offer a convenient way to step back from the daily rhythm of life and renew. A wonderful way to visit for the first time, revitalize your mindfulness practice or learn about a particular topic from our master teachers, we welcome you to be nourished by a day of learning, conversation, and exploration. Day retreats begin at 10:00 a.m., conclude at 5:00 p.m., and include lunch. Click here for a listing of upcoming day retreats >
