IDEAL FOR: All levels including beginners
This weekend retreat will be an exploration of the Buddha's Four Foundations of Mindfulness through the wisdom of the full body. We will review and deepen the understanding of this foundational teaching, and gain wisdom on how to utilize it in our daily lives. We will tap into this knowing by engaging with the body and breath, and watching the response of the emotional body and mental states of mind.
Noble silence and the five precepts for ethical conduct (abstaining from taking life, taking what is not given, false speech, sexual misconduct, and intoxicants that can lead to carelessness) will be observed to support this practice-based weekend.
*Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move and sit in.
Tuition for this program is $250, plus accommodations.
