In this retreat, we invite you to learn how to practice self-compassion and compassion for others through meditation, curiosity, awareness, and gentle movement. By blending practical Buddhist wisdom with cutting-edge psychology, we renew hope and trust in life, reconnecting with our heart’s unlimited capacity for presence, happiness and inner peace.
This retreat is appropriate for individuals of all faiths as well as therapists and healthcare professionals.
Tuition is $250 plus accommodations.
