IDEAL FOR: All levels including beginners
QiGong is pronounced “chee-gong” and literally means “energy work.” The deep breathing and slow, flowing movements of these ancient Chinese healing exercises are designed to stimulate and balance qi (energy) to cultivate a healthy body, calm mind, and peaceful spirit. Since significant amounts of stress and anxiety arise from our internal conflict, the journey back to inner peace begins with self-acceptance. When we can let go of self-judgment and embrace ourselves with compassion, we can begin to heal our relationship with ourselves and experience a more balanced life, grounded in peace. As we experience greater levels of love for ourselves, we can feel free to enjoy being who we are, and begin creating a life we truly love!
In this afternoon workshop, I’ll guide you through a series of special qigong exercises and meditations designed to help you lovingly go within and connect with your core of inner peace. You’ll come away with a simple, easy mind-body practice you can use any time you want to feel more centered, grounded, and peaceful. We will also be using a variety of transformational processes to help you:
· Calm the voice of the inner critic
· Break free from self-judgment
· Experience greater self-acceptance
· Feel more whole, free and empowered
· Love being you!
Be prepared to experience deep transformation, and learn practical techniques you can continue to use to skillfully transform your life!
Tuition is $65.

January marks the completion of my first 90 days as the new Executive Director of Copper Beech Institute and I couldn't be more grateful for the warm welcome of this community that is made up of our board, staff, facilitators and participants. Each of you in your own particular way help to make Copper Beech what it is, and helped to get CBI to it's current moment of evolution. With that said, I am excited to share that many inspired changes are afoot! ✨
