Nourish your body, mind, and spirit through a blend of lecture and experience with Yoga, Breath, Meditation, and Conscious conversation. During our day together we’ll explore Yoga practices for women, tools, and techniques for stress reduction and reconnecting with your bliss. There will be time for self-discovery and reflection as well as dynamic group connection.
