Workshop with Miranda Chapman
March 21, 2020 03:00 PM - March 21, 2020 05:00 PM

IDEAL FOR: All levels including beginners

Wow, what a turn of season we are amidst. In the spirit of adapting and flowing with the moment, this program will now be online and shorter in duration.

In this workshop, we intentionally invite in the verdant, renewing qualities of spring. Spring is such a beautiful time to reinvigorate our self-care practices and to slough off the heaviness that often accompanies wintertime. As we open to the fertility of spring, we can discover the spaces that need greater care and attention in our day-to-day lives and make effort to put to rest that which no longer serves us. Take this as an opportunity for renewal and to strengthen the practice of self-care.

For two hours we will move through guided meditations, simple ritual, sharing, and journalling -- all from the comfort of our homes, if possible! We can celebrate the balance of night and day together while physically apart -- holding the beautiful paradox of life. We will gather at 3pm on Zoom and share two hours of discovery. If available have at the ready a candle, some small objects that represent night, day, and the elements (earth, wind, water, fire, air), a journal, and somewhere comfortable to meditate.

To join the live, virtual session, a link and specific instructions will be sent to you once you register. You can learn more about zoom platform here.
