Overnight Retreat with Miranda Chapman
June 07, 2019 05:00 PM - June 09, 2019 01:00 PM

IDEAL FOR: All levels including beginners

Within yoga's translation is the invitation: union. To unite the body, mind, heart, and mystery into an awareness that has always been there but may need to be uncovered. In this weekend we endeavor to gently bring together parts that may have felt disparate for a long time and sense into the connection between everything and the harmony that can arrive when we remember this.

Through the weekend we will explore yoga as an intimate inquiry into the body, mind, and heart that are here, right now. With the support of a community and the sacred space created when one decides to go on retreat we can come home to ourselves. If there is willingness, we can learn so much from our own experience and through that maybe discover a remarkable friendship with ourselves. If you feel lost to yourself, come. If your body/being is aching for attention, come. If something deep inside is calling, come.

Please bring comfortable clothing and bring a journal, if you have one.
