February 09, 2018 05:00 PM - February 11, 2018 01:00 PM
IDEAL FOR: All levels including beginners
During this weekend, we’ll take a journey where the ideas of art and meditation intertwine to form a perfect union of mindful practice. No artistic ability or previous meditative practice is required.
Using the Zentangle method, we will work with various art mediums as our conduit for mindful exploration and practice. The weekend is perfect for the beginner, those who want to return to the beginning, and those who wish to travel through their artistic journey with a mindful focus.
The weekend includes various art projects, all levels yoga classes, wonderful meals and plenty of time for reflection and relaxation to help you tap your creative spirit! You do not need to bring anything as we will provide supplies, but you are welcome to bring your own supply of pens, gel pens, scissors, watercolors, Tombow markers or any supplies you usually use in your Zentangle projects.
Tuition is $270 plus accommodations (includes $20 materials fee).
