January marks the completion of my first 90 days as the new Executive Director of Copper Beech Institute and I couldn't be more grateful for the warm welcome of this community that is made up of our board, staff, facilitators and participants. Each of you in your own particular way help to make Copper Beech what it is, and helped to get CBI to it's current moment of evolution. With that said, I am excited to share that many inspired changes are afoot! ✨

We are thrilled to introduce our new Executive Director, Danae Laura! Danae’s work has always been about nourishment: nourishing bodies, nourishing minds, and nourishing society. Before being named ED, Danae held leadership roles as a social entrepreneur in the natural food and wellness industries and the education field. Prior to joining CBI, Danae was CEO of Compassionate Commerce, Director of Selfmade, and President of The Abby Fund, among others.

So much has happened at Copper Beech over the last year, and as the current chairwoman of the Board of Directors, I wanted to take a moment to share them with you and introduce myself. Last month, we welcomed a new leader to take us into 2024 and beyond. Our Human Resources Committee took careful consideration to find a mindful, mission-driven leader committed to community engagement and compassionate action, with a focus on social justice. I am grateful for the committee and the entire Board of Directors who took on this monumental task.

We've got some very exciting news to share! In an effort to make our programs more accessible, we've been working hard to roll out a new payment plan system. After several weeks of trial and error, we are thrilled to share that payment plans are now available for select programs! 🥳 Reserve your spot with as little as 10% down (deposits vary by program), followed by equal installments due every two weeks.
