Afternoon Meditation: Guided Practice
Join us every weekday afternoon for a guided practice as we incorporate lovingkindness, compassion, and resilience during this time of uncertainty.
Meeting Times: Tuesday - Friday from 12:30 - 1:00 PM Eastern Time (US) (there is currently no practice offered on Mondays)
