Our Mindfulness Facilitator Certification (MFC) registration awaits those of you considering 2025 as your year to build mindfulness into your life's work! We are still basking in the afterglow of the cohort who graduated in July, and we cannot wait to welcome this next group towards a precious path of public practice.

Sometimes we know that teaching is our next step because we're brimming with the benefits of our practice and ready to share them with others. Sometimes we get hung up on not seeing ourselves as teacher...as the facilitator...as "at the helm." Surprisingly both can be the calling to step towards becoming a certified mindfulness instructor because the humility of the practice keeps us aware of our fallible human nature.

As mindfulness facilitators, we put ourselves in front of others and reveal our humanity. Through our vulnerability, we show others how to walk alongside discomfort and remind ourselves along the way. MFC shows you how to empower communities along with yourself.
