Day Retreat with Mensimah Shabazz Sunday, August 4, 2019, 9am - 1pm
This program is designed to create a safe space for women to connect, nurture each other’s spiritual growth and transformation. Learn how to step outside of your fears and experience joy using the four indigenous wisdom techniques: singing, dancing, storytelling and silence.
Explore the Copper Beech Institute campus and sample the retreat experience with free classes on mindfulness, yoga, and more. We’ll celebrate our anniversary with an outdoor picnic, live music, and food from some of Connecticut’s most creative food trucks!
