Ongoing Practice Programs
We offer programs in meditation and movement on an ongoing basis to support those who wish to cultivate greater mindfulness and well-being in their lives with the support of a community of fellow practitioners. Beginners and those who are more experienced are welcome to join us, whether to drop in for a single gathering or join us on a regular basis.

Mindful Movement Classes
