Monthly Meditation Group for Black, Indigenous & People of Color

Online Gathering on the First Saturday of the Month
9:30 - 10:00 AM EST

We’re inviting you as our beloved Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) community to join our intentional affinity meditation group. This group is a healing space to comfortably gather in a part guided and part silent meditation practice. It is a place of respite and recharge to help us inspire, balance, and gather peacefulness. We want to promote courage of expression in light of our experiences, and to say we hear you. Whether you want to sit quietly or share, feel supported and at ease in this safely created space.

All self-identified BIPOC are welcome.

"The BIPOC Community adds Vision and Voice to the Silence of not Being Seen."
- Mike Riley.

“Copper Beech’s Social Just Us sitting group has been a godsend during the pandemic. Group facilitators Rita and Helen skillfully lead a well-paced practice that allows space for both reflection and conversation. I highly recommend this group for BIPOC practitioners!”
- Ken McManus

“I’ve found the sessions led by Rita and Helen to be really helpful. There’s always an opportunity for me to learn different ways to be mindful with COMMUNITY. I appreciate being able to speak directly from my heart openly and honestly. Having a space for BIPOC is very important to my well-being and I’m fortunate to be supported.” - TyKeshia Sterdivant
