IDEAL FOR: All levels including beginners
We’re inviting you as our beloved Black, Indigenous, and People Of Color (BIPOC) community to join our intentional affinity meditation group. This group is a healing space to comfortably gather in a part guided and part silent meditation practice. It is a place of respite and recharge to help us inspire, balance, and gather peacefulness. We want to promote courage of expression in light of our experiences, and to say we hear you. Whether you want to sit quietly or share, feel supported and at ease in this safely created space.
All self-identified BIPOC are welcome.
